A detailed
information package will be sent upon acceptance of your
pre-registration form and payment.
Deposit: A 50% deposit
is all that is needed to secure your space. The remainder can be paid
at formal registration on the morning of the first day of your workshop.
Cancellations: Refunds of deposit will be made if we are
notified at least three (3) full weeks in advance of the workshop, and
are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Please call 518-493-7744
(preferred) or 518-578-3102 (in an emergency) to cancel. Sorry, e-mail cancellations are not
accepted.

Cottage accommodations are for two nights minimum stay. Stoneview
guesthouse has a three night minimum booking. Please
bring top bedding/ sleeping bag and towels for all guest-houses. We
provide bottom sheets, pillows and pillow-covers.
